The Heusers worked very hard to become successful. They didn't have a mentor that had flipped dozens of houses to teach them what to do - they had to learn the hard way - so they are teaching others how to change their lives with real estate. They were able to leave their full-time jobs and now have two oceanfront properties that bring more than $100,000 in residual income every year, and growing.

Our Story
Josh and Kimberly’s story begins long before their real estate journey, as high school sweethearts who have been married for almost 25 years. Together, they have built a life full of love, hard work, and a commitment to their family—including their three children and two pups. After growing up in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, they moved to Northern Virginia, where they’ve lived for the past nine years.
The Real Estate Journey: Early Beginnings to Becoming Full-Time Investors
Josh's real estate education began early—his father, a licensed general contractor for real estate investors, would take him to job sites, teaching him the ins and outs of property renovation. It was through those hands-on lessons that Josh developed the skills and passion that would later shape his career.
In 2008, the Heusers purchased their first flip—an ambitious project involving a condemned property. Despite the challenges, they completed the renovation themselves and made a solid profit.
Fast forward to 2013, and the Heusers re-entered the real estate world as landlords, sparking a new chapter in their journey.
In 2018, Kimberly experienced health challenges that hindered her from continuing to thrive in corporate America. They knew they had to make a change so they went back to flipping houses and haven’t looked back since.
Today, the Heusers manage multiple active flips at a time, they do tear downs and build new homes, and own and manage two very profitable oceanfront AirBnB's. Kimberly is now a licensed Realtor in both Maryland and Virignia and Josh is a licensed Class A Contractor in Maryland.Â
